Does anyone remember the old days at rental stores such as Blockbuster. I have read elsewhere that someone who used to rent Streamline Dubbed Hokuto no Ken Movie on Orion VHS rental copy remember gore scenes with no blurring or filter. I have also wanted to know if any collector has Streamline's 35mm Print of Fist of the North Star Movie uncut. Many fans believe that 35mm prints were destroyed in the fire and the Italian VHS version is the closest they'll ever see. Do you guys remember anything? Let me know.

Here's the differences of normal playback of Jagi's death: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2FUoVJPnBw

I'd love to see this movie uncut but I couldn't tell the difference tbh. Aside from music.

HD version frame-rates of Jagi's death scene is a little faster than the scene during the Orion anime previews.

Oh ok lol. Are you sure that's censorship? I've been dying to see this film uncensored for a while being the gore fan I am and knowing the effort they put into the gore.

Really? That's great, but do you know where it's at exactly?

Last time i saw it, that tape was in 1 old bag we left out in 1 old building storage site after we moved out from old house.

Probably destroyed by now.

The rental VHS versions from rental stores like Blockbuster with the barcode 1000311 has uncensored gore scenes without color fading or monochrome filter. Other retail versions on VHS with the code 90263 are censored. Does anyone have a rental VHS version (1000311 barcode) as seen in these pictures remember gore scenes with no color blurriness or filter? It was pretty gory as insane! Nostalgia from the 90's can be a great feeling.
