Best ipad app for manga steaming that fits my requirements

I'm looking for a good manga steaming app that has most manga, can remember my place and keeps track of what chapters I've read. Also it would be nice if I could access them offline without illegally downloading them. This isn't required but I would like that to be included.
Edit: also I'd like it to be free
