Problem about Manga stats of my Profile

I put some manga Under option " Plan to read " but I found it under option " Completed "!!?
Also I put some Anime Under option " Plan to watch " but I found it under option " Watching "!!?
So Can you please fix it.

How exactly did you add these entries?
- Using the "Add to My List" link on the DB entry
- Using the Add to List feature
- Using another "Add" link somewhere else (e.g. top list)
- Anothre way?

Did you first add them to one category and move them to another one?

If you add entries now, is this still happening?

No .

3 - If you add entries now, is this still happening?
Yes . I enter Shortly before Manga " Shingeki no Kyojin " under option Plan to read but I found it again under option Completed.

I enter to top manga , and then I add what I want to read of manga.

I could not reproduce it
1. Enter to Top Manga
2. Click "add"
3. Select "Plan to Read"
4. Click "Add Manga to My List"
Do you do anything else? Also does it still happen if you try different browser or clear your cache?
