This is where you can request a Princess Lover! Member Card Please request 1 of the 8 designs -If you choose more than one card, I'll pick your first choice Follow this format please: Name: (Username) Card Model: (Chose one - A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H) Member Cards will be delivered to your profile when they're completed If you find any errors on your card send me a message on my profile and not in this thread.
