| I don't watch most ecchi shows, so I don't have a ready list of the my-imouto-is-hot shows that are a mainstay of this genre. Scrapped Princess might work, though the characters are older than the two of you. The youngest of the three siblings is the fifteen-year-old princess who is sentenced to die. Her older brother and sister act as her protectors. A mix of sci-fi and fantasy with touches of romance along the way. If we expand the search to include unrelated older male/younger female pairs, I'll suggest Ikoku Meiro no Croisee about a 16-yo Japanese girl who travels to Paris at the end of the 19th century to work in the shop of an ironmonger in his early twenties. They maintain a professional distance throughout the show, though there are hints of romance here and there, and there is the mandatory walking-in-on-her-taking-a-bath scene. If we leave the related requirement altogether, let me suggest you both watch one of the excellent shows with a young female heroines. First and foremost on my list would be Kemono no Sou-ja Erin about a young girl who can communicate with sacred beasts. I would watch through episode seven before showing it to your sister just in case. Next I'll suggest Dennou Coil, a story starring a trio of ten-year-old girls. These kids live in a virtual world visible only with special glasses. (Coil was written well before Google Glass was conceived.) Two of the girls are hackers, one of whom has been described elsewhere as the "sexiest ten-year-old of all time." Your sister will probably not see any of that and simply admire Isako for her strength and abilities. Another possibility would be Cross Game if she likes sports. Despite her tsundere personality, Aoba is a fine young girl who must deal with sexism at important points in her life. The boy Kou is just as strong a character as Aoba. Even though she watches "R rated stuff" I bet she'd still like Chi's Sweet Home and Chi's New Address. The latter is on Crunchyroll. The first season can be seen on YouTube and has been licensed by Discotek for release in North America. For a bit more edgy material, you could watch Higepiyo about a sake-drinking bearded chick with samurai aspirations.
