Do you mean the whole published SAO novels compared to the WN or just the current arc, Alicization?

Go to the wiki, go to whatever volume, check the bottom where it says "Adaption Notes," it'll tell you the differences.

For example: http://swordartonline.wikia.com/wiki/Sword_Art_Online_Light_Novel_Volume_01#Adaptation_Notes

The forums on AnimeSuki also provide info between the WN and LN.
