Hayate the Combat Butler(Hayate no Gotokou) Season 3 question

This is my first post on this site so i dont know if this is the right place to post this.In season 3 of Hayate the combat butler they skipped a lot of stuff from the manga so a lot of things are unexplained.Can someone tell me the necessary stuff that I need to know in order to watch Season3?Like for example who is the new character with the green hair,or why did 2 people from the show start living in the mansion and stuff like that.As i said this is my first time posting I am sorry if this isnt the appropriate place to post this.
