Sekirei
| Not sure if theirs another thread but fuck it! I really enjoyed both season of Sekirei. I thot it actually had a decent story for ecchi series but no 3rd season god damnit! Anyway I know the 2nd season is pretty much all filler so What im askin is. how well did the 1st season do in terms of staying true to the manga? and how different is the manga n anime all together? and how much did the 1st season cover? |

| I'm pretty late, but let's see. Season 1 is pretty well done when it comes to following the manga. A few things are different in the last few episodes but nothing MAJORLY noteworthy aside from the winging of a Sekirei. Season 2 is 80% filler. It does a terrible job at adapting the manga. There is an entire mini arc dedicated to the Sekirei who was supposed to be winged in season 1, and while it's not too bad, I would have much appreciated if it stuck to the manga. Season 1 ended around chapter 49 of the manga, and overall did a much better job at adapting it than season 2 did. |
