i figured it outok letts put up the boota theory and add my own twist to it kaminas father was the man on the ship in the begining sequence lord gnome was a scientest who created beastmen to help fight off the anti spirils boota was one of them beast man can get spiral power proven by viril in lagann hen lord gnome went crazy used the beast men to defeat the human race but kaminas father survived with boota loyal to him only he excaped useing lagannkaminas father had equeptment stashed around the village cause it was a evacuation shelter one was a consecption machine which explaned the larg orphin population which kamina was born from useing some of kaminas fathers genitics simon was born from a cloning machine and adopted by a family but never told kaminas father dicided to face off agenst lord gnome who was useing spirial power to stop the aging prosess same as kaminas dad was he dicided he was the only one who could do it and left the village not before telling kamina about the great team dai gurren and the greate gurren lagann who fought agenst evil..... you can guess the rest
