| I watched the 1st season and It was painfully predictable. Tsukune and the girls are really annoying, the story isn't interesting, and Its really not that funny imo, except for the part at the beginning of ep 1 where the bat just comes along and yells "Im a bat!" and Tsukune get mowed over by Moka on her bike, that was lulz. The only characters I liked from the entire show were Moka and the bat, everyone else was just bad. I dunno if S2 is even worth checking out, anyone know if its a little better than S1? |

When it boils down to fun vs. stupid, it can be really one sided. Personally, I'd put R+V into the stupid section. I'm interested in stories or things that make me laugh/cry/exclaim excitement. R+V was just poorly developed fanservice. One of the many generic harem series and one of the worst of them all. (imo) Also thread moved... |

| Rosario + Vampire is like watching a car accident, that's so horrible, yet for some reason you cannot look away and once the acident is covered up, you don't ever wish to see t again. I gave Rosario + Vampire a 7 (I should've given it a 6) and then I gave Capu 2 a 4. Oh and if you didn't like what I said and wish to tell me it's just a "light-hearted show that suppose to be entertaining" like every argument meant to defend cliche shows like this, THEN "CHUUUUU" MY ass!! | Hmm, if I had to choose, I'd read the manga over the anime. It looks like an anime that set to touch every single shounen cliche ever created. Monsters, fan service inserts, harem, corny romance and the main character obtaining some WHACKED OUT CRAZY POWER THATS SO AMAZING! |

| It's both. The show is dumbed down compared to the manga, but still is fun to watch(if to just see how different it is). The first season wasn't as bad, since it had more material from the manga. Although it was out of order, since the anime had characters in some episodes that weren't introduced yet in the manga version. Capu2 really didn't take anything from the manga, except introducing Kokoa. Which is who the 2nd season seemed to focus on. It seemed like a bunch of fanservice with a couple jokes added in. One thing that bugged me watching & reading the anime & manga has been Tsukune/Inner Moka's relationship. In Capu2, she's basically fallen in love with him and given no explanation. While the manga, has Tsukune working for her affection while she's basically telling him that he's out of her league. |

| I think its pretty good. Some things in the manga are worse than the anime. Like episode 1 was more interesting than chapter 1 , the part about the dorms wasn't that fun and that saizou punching a three neither and right after Tsukune leaves. In the anime they drink juice together etc , much much better , :P |

| The anime is terrible, although I guess if someone likes unwanted harems and ecchi/fanservice overdoses, he is probably going to like this. However the manga is many times better. Loving the male lead for no reason is what defines Harem. Few series escape that. Especially not R+V with all the Harem cliche tropes. |
