It's explained better in the manga. Pretty much he wants to wait so it's special. Of course, once he gives in he'll be dead from sexual exhaustion within a week.

The manga didn't explain why they're suddenly so deeply in love though... but I guess no harem manga does that well anyway.

Have been recently watching the series...and no, Kouta isn't gay.

May be resisting the advances of the ladies because

1.Implications: Japan can be a rather puritanical society when it comes to underage sex...
2.Just scared of the fact that an extremely beautiful girl is running after him.

how old is he though, (hs, but looks and act way younger, looks like he's like 10) at some point guys actually didnt like girls, girls probably didnt like guys either, (i remember bullying between boys and girl to some small extent at that age, but when it got to like 11-12 then it was more i like you or something ) although at that age 10 or below you just coudnt ask them, thought they were, whats it called in english lol, dunno. lice if i was his age, i'd have been like no no no, to the fanservice stuff, i did not like it when i was close to his age..
