For me I think it was: Season 5 -- Episode 24 "Operation: Peek in the Woman's Bath".

Ep. 120 Revenge of the Protozoa: Poolside Rampage! is one of the episodes I frequently re watch.
It's a fine example of Takahashi's creativity
Ataru disguising his escapism from his chores by attempting to reflect upon the summer sky is hilarious

I think the second episode, when Ten gives that candy to the bird. The first episode that Ryoko appears in was hilarious as well. Also that one with the outlaw bird who changes the gender of the chracters.
