| Hey guys! So..came up w/ festival since lately this summer there's fireworks and then I saw the theme suggestions thread and thought, what about a festival event :D! I was thinking of making fireworks as the theme but then...maybe it'll be hard so yeaps! enjoy the event :D ----- EVENT#5 : FESTIVAL!~! ----- Theme: FESTIVAL - You may add words to the icon or show how the icon relates to the theme or use scenes and stuff from the anime or manga - let your creativity flow - feel free to use any images (non-anime) as background - the icons can be animated gif Rules: - You can enter up to 2 icons - Icon size: 100x100 OR 100x125 - Must be your own work - Cannot be from fanart, unless it is your own OR if you get permission - submitted icons must be made from within the time frame of the icontest Format for Submitting Icons: 1. (insert icon) 2. name the character/series 3. give link to the original picture so we know that you did not submit another person's work ------------------------------------DEADLINE-------------------------------------- August 19, 2009 Reward: If your icon is selected as first place your icon will be used as the main club picture/icon for two weeks until the next Icontest has another winner :) You will also get a banner for your profile!
