| What do you guys like about Yu Yu Hakusho? Is it the crazy, super smexy bishounen? The plot and how the series is constructed? Share your thoughts! Personally I like the whole idea of the "powers" concept. It makes me wonder, if I were a "demon" what powers what I want? Would I want the power of ice? Fire? Wind? Also, would I even be able to handle having these powers as my own? Well...that and Kurama rawks mah sawks. End point. lol |

YYH likes to combine so many genres that its barely "shonen", and even though it is it certainly separates itself from the pack and proves itself superior to all others. (Except, of course, RK. But I still like YYH better anyway!) |

| I like how YYH has great and entertaining fights, yet at the same time, balances it out with a very well thought out story, and nicely develops the characters along the way. I'll tell you now that I'm not big on fighting type shounen series, but I have found Yu Yu Hakusho to be one of the few that stands out from the crowd. Sure, it has its fair share of cliches, but it also breaks a lot of cliches and does original things at moments where you will expect the most predictable things to happen. In many ways it can surprise you, and it also has a good deal of depth to its story, which never takes a back seat to the action (even though I do love many of the fights that the series has to offer). Overall, this is one of my favorite shows ever, and it stands proudly at my #2 spot in my top 10 anime list, right behind Cowboy Bebop. Its by no means perfect, but it sure comes pretty damn close to it, if you ask me. =) |

| what I love about the show is the charcaters.. ^^ they're just. perfect.. They're deeper and people think and that's what I really love ^^ Of course I love the humor in the series too xD who can't love that! |
