I'm sorry but ribbon apart, doesnt look he's cosplaying her... the t-shirt he wears is clear [she instead has a grey t-shirt], still her hairclip which ties the hair isn't show -so i can possibly assume that is a normal ponytail without any particoular hairclip showing up- and he instead does show a visible strawberrie-hairclip :/

Just a note:
Here are the outifts Teddie wears throughout the game. He is mostly seen in the game with the clothes in the top part and his Teddie costume. He wears his Alice costume just for the beauty pageant - like barely 5 minutes. Here is the link of the pageant.

Now for Natsuki's costume for proof I might add this quote: "When Yosuke is forced to cross-dress for the "Miss" Yasogami High Beauty Pageant during the school festival, his 'Yosuke-chan' form resembles Natsuki, Fuuka Yamagishi's friend from Persona 3." - Here. I know that it doesn't look like her at all but that's why I added another claim.
