I vote for Chi-chan. Emi is alright, not much of a fan for tsunderes. Chi-chan is cute and caring for Maou. But Emi looks to be the favorite.

Think about it... Chi has liked Maou since the beginning and there seems to be more of a connection between the two plus she is sweet and bubbly but rather sensitive so I can see her end up in a major depression if Emi took Maou away from her plus at the end Maou did kind of insult Emi by insulting her chest size so that must means he probably likes big breasts.
Emi is alright as a character but I don't feel like she is well suited for Maou, After all it is basically because of Maou that her father was killed even though it wasn't him who killed her father so if Emi and Maou were to end up together it would be rather unfitting plus they're both from the same world and I think it's always better when they put the two characters from different worlds together to kind of say 'there is no distance when it comes to love' kind of thing and I should also mention Emi seems to like Chi and they seem to be or will be great friends and I know she knows that Chi has feelings for Maou but overall I honestly think the series will be one of those where know body really ends up together and they leave it off where the fans decide what they see fit.

Something about tsunderes with breast insecurities really wins my vote. Especially when they are grown girls with flat chests, and not loli tsunderes (absolutely hate lolis, but that's just me). Best example of this aside from Emi is Airi from Yūsha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shūshoku o Ketsui Shimashita (blonde hair girl).

Chi is really cute, but if I had only one vote, then Emi wins.

that chi-chan is so annoying. always acting like maou is her boyfriend. i always see her as an annoying girl using Emi as excuse to get close to Maou. What an stereotype annoying girl.

OH, I also find Yui Yuigahama annoying, maybe thats why I find Chi-chan annoying too. - same seiyu, almost the same character design.. tsss

My thoughts exactly. Tsundere female lead is so overdone. Chi chan is a lot less annoying than most of the "nice type" female side characters in anime, so I like her much better.

Emi isn't a tsundere. From the start she was perfectly willing to let Maou alone if he renounced his desire to conquer her world. She doesn't hate him as a person, indeed she is willing to forgive him for all the evil he has done, however she does hate him for what he says he wants to do. That isn't being Tsundere, that is being perfectly normal and reasonable.

The thing that sets Emi apart as a character is that she is an extremely rational person, able to judge things based on the information at hand. In this she is a true hero, defending justice regardless of what side it puts her on.

Emi, half angel with the devil king plus there is so many hints in the show they will end up together. Chi is annoying af and loli personally to me atleast and a plain character who just happens to have a bigger chest. My theory is chi and sadoa end up together for a lil bit than break up than sadoa and emi just end up together because emi does devolope feelings for him. Emi can be a bitch he killed her dad so idgafos if you dont like her. Emi is hot and is a good person who can think and doesnt fall for him right away (as chi is a highschool student and is infautated with him)

Chi! :-) I enjoy her character even more in the light novel. Plus, their relationship is super cute. She is a little ditsy; however, she is smart, bold, and has common sense when it comes to taking care of babies..

Why?

1. Emi's main reason for hating maou was because she thought he killed her father and as of vol 6 or 7 she knows he's alive. She was already starting to like him because alas was bringing them together. But now since vol 9+ emi is really sweet to Maou hugging him and thanking him and complementing him and he doesn't know hoe to handle it that he has become the tsundere
2. When emi goes to find her mother and father in her world. Maou ends up finding her father and the girl her dad raised named ashes who is alas rammus's sister. Ashes ends up bonding to maou the same way alas bonds to emi so that now maou and emi have matching/twin swords/armor
3.'when emi gets captured and worries about herself as the hero because her motivation is gone, alas says "don't worry momma, papa will save us"
4. Emi now is an employee being trained by maou. It's really freaking him out but emi loves it. Chi- chan is getting super jealous because not only do they have a daughter but now emi has invaded her space (the job that brings chi and maou together) to the point chiho asks him who does he like better and he can't reply. Plus he tells emi that they can "go home together" and he works same shift as emi
5. When he brings gifts for chi & emi, chibo gives a big complement while emi smiles and holds it close saying she will treasure his gift FOREVER and apparently that will be along time because we know as of vol 13 emi can line a LONG time maybe like 400 years because she is part angel which is about half as long as a demon lives and maou is already 300.
6. Emi has the potential to be a goddess. Layla sealed her powers when she was a year old.
7. Maou admits to ashes in vol I think 10 that emi is special to him
8. My favorite is that when emis mother gets attacked and emi powers up to protect her maou senses it and runs out of his job for like 30 mins to go help emi because it is specifically mentioned to Rika that before he would have let her handle it on her own but something has changed between them
9. Plus maous attitude when he started to suspect emi had been captured, he was making everyone's like a living hell
10. EMI has grown BOOBs!!!! She is no longer a flat chest babe
11. Vol 6 - maou says something inappropriate to Emilia without realizing it which makes chiho and emi freak. Emi knocks him over with some wind and then yells embarrassed like at him before running away crying and the chiho gets angry and pulls him by collar to buy her a birthday cake but as she drags him along, maou is thinking of emi blushing with tears on her eyes and smiling to himself
12. Maou constantly think someone is going to tell emi jokingly that he has a crush on her
13. Alas wanted them to sleep together and they did and alas wanted them to take a bath together and they.... Almost did..........

Emi = loves maou openly, has boobs, is mother of alas, is maous twin warrior partner who he admits is the only one equal to him, she and maou will live about the same length of time
Unlike a normal human, and emi is now making him act like she use to half the time he blushes and gets nerdy and the other half of the time he gets mad at her but he keeps messing with her but she doesn't get angry...
