Interesting that you'd bring that particular one up; that was a really hard anime for me to watch in the very beignning. Everything I'd read about it was that it was really good (and it was) though the main relationship is so one sided it becomes extortion with Natsu going as far as to charge Mikan 100's of bunnies just to see her and talk to her at various points. Gakuen Alice would really fit the bill, and have the catch phrase, "just as planned" as the ending caption. Tsukuyomi Moon Phase should fit pretty well too, with the bossy neko mimi vampire girl that keeps haranging the guy that's supposed to be her servant makes for a lot of good humor and tsundere type romance. nmanguy said: And if you're willing to go into action shows, Full Metal Panic and Kaze no Stigma are definitely worth a look. FMP's second season, Fumoffu, has no actual "action" though, and is by far the funniest show I've seen to date. Kaname consistently bickers and fights with Sagura (she sure knows how to incapacitate someone with a paper fan), so you'd probably like that. Fumoffu is great, its definitely got it's love/hate portion but is full or sarcasm and parody almost on the scale of Excel Saga. The rugby match, bonta-kun mecha and biological weapon episodes are among the funniest of any anime I've ever seen. |
