Why is Truth and God so evil? +Dwarf(Father)

Dwarf is essence of God. And while we never really know if Truth and God are one in the same, we do know that Truth is vengeful. Why is Dwarf(Essence of God) so evil, from humans perspective) while he is Dwarf. Why does Truth punish God(Dwarf) in the end, presumably for 'playing god', in other words, why does Truth punish God for 'playing god'. (2 part question)

Another question(Question 3). Father, after he "acquires god", would in essence(no pun intended) be no different from God because he is essence of god that has acquired God. If he was not defeated and left to his own devices, wouldn't he just assume the responsibilities of God?

The second question, the only answer I can come up with is: father is essence of God and not essence of God+Truth and Father never acquires God+Truth. Do you think this answer is reasonable?

this question arises when the homunculus (father) is restricted in achieving the perfect being by the god . as in our case , we call them evil even if anyone tries to block on our path , no matter what we were doing was good or evil . for example when we are scolded by our parents or elder ones for doing any mischief , we become angry and call them evil , with that thinking perspective the truth was called evil by the homunculus who was on its way to become god . the truth can never be evil . truth shows us the "truth" , no matter if it is favorable to us or not.
