What happened to that woman in ice?

I'm trying to get caught up on years of missed Fairy Tail chapters, and I remembered something that was mentioned waaay back in the Ur backstory arc (or around that time, I think). At the end of the arc, there's a scene of a town with a large ice statue in the center. It breaks open and a woman walks out of it. Then she seemingly freezes the entire country that city was in.

I thought that character would come back up at some point, but I don't remember any story with her actually happening, and they only mention the freezing of that country in passing at the council.

Was this something I missed, or what? Who was that character?

That is a chapter of Rave Master and not Fairy Tail. She was one of the 4 demon lords that fought in the final battle of that series. The village in Fairy Tail was the Giant village that was frozen by Silver because he thought that Atlas Flame was a demon. These are both series by Hiro so I can see why you got mixed up.

Wow, I didn't think I would get those mixed up that much, though I guess they do share a lot of similarities between style and characters. Thanks for clearing that up!
