Jump Ultimate Stars.

Pros:
-Features 900+ characters (including unplayable ones)
-A lot of content for an NDS game
-Cool pixel art animations
-Has Kinnikuman
-Various creative combos
-Better than Jump Force (my opinion)

Cons:
-Its an NDS game
-Movement is a bit wonky
-Random animes are added instead of the ones that made such an impact to the Shonen Genre (Like Astro Boy)
-Not all your favorites are playable
-Community maybe dead
-There's online matches but joining one is pretty rare
since the community is no longer that much active
-Expect your thumbs to sore when practicing combos (unless you're using am emulator)
-Kinnikuman is low-mid tier
-Hitboxes are weird

Akiba's Trip Undead and Undressed.

Pros:
- Great main character cast.
- Different routes.
- You can literally play as every character in the game, including NPCs.
- You can dress up your character with numerous clothing options.
- The setting of Akihabara seems pretty accurate.
- Music is great.
- You can choose to use many different types of weapons.
- The character dialogue is pretty funny.

Cons:
- Very repetitive.
- Character graphics aren't the best.
- The main characters are a little cliche (childhood friend, imouto, idol, otaku, maid etc).
- Some of the weapons suck.
- Camera sucks sometimes, doesn't follow you.
- The game can get pretty difficult with swarms of enemies after you.
- The character's have very little variations of movement and expressions when talking in their animated phases. Their like VN characters almost.
