You're an officer which mean that you can only change pictures and remove comments. @kitsune hmm... Trinixa still haven't done any 100+ cards, and we have past the mark with 18 members now. Either we opens it without her or remake them to another LE/SE. Also, I think we should put up some rules for the card makers that we only have 1-2 days after the thread has been put up to make cards for it, otherwise it could take forever before we can open them. + members SEs are special cases tho, as we kinda need to open them right away when we hit a member mark. |

| Reason I brought this up is because if an officer posts in a posts limit LE/SE/RE thread, it takes away a post that a regular member could've used to get a card. Just trying to think of what might help our members. :3 Edit: Whee, class done, time to head out. |

| On a slightly related note, should we specify with the RE/LE/SE request thing that it has to be something that can be done with -dere girls? Because there have been several requests made that are completely incompatible with this club. Obviously they just wouldn't be done, but better if people didn't end up putting up requests like that in the first place, right? |

| We are already a card making club :P but one that is specialized within a "subject" anyway yeah, this is a dere club and so we should keep it dere nothing else. I would love to make other cards too but that isn't the current purpose of this club. |

| I'd say just limit the amounts of pictures. I don't mind the unrelated pictures. If it pops here and there once in a while, I'm fine with it. But hell, seeing pictures every minute or 2 right now: (;¬_¬) If they keep doing it, we'll warn them. 2nd time, we kick them out of the club. |

| I don't mind if the picture has a purpose, like showcasing it as long it as a purpose. Of course, spamming isn't a purpose. Hell, we have a thread for anyone that wants to spam. They can use that if they want. If a picture pops up and then a conversation suddenly starts, I'm fine with it. But a relentless of pictures starts showing up during that conversation, even if it's a Dere character, will get really annoying. May not be annoying to the uploader but it sure as hell is annoying to us Admins and some members. |

| about the gif spamming, I think it can be annoying so the best thing to do if it starts again is to tell the person to stop and remind them of the spam thread (or at least use a spoiler and try to have a conversation rather than just post random pics) then if they carry on just delete the spam, also I think its a bit unfair to ban people over it as the only real rule is to be nice to eachother, but if someone keeps doing it and refuses to stop let me know and I'll use my death ray on them (or send them a warning) XD |

| Speaking of cards, I was working on something interesting last night with photoshop: The texts are just placeholder and was trying out how to have texts (and other stuff) on the animate gifs for any future cards I make that includes animated gifs. Not that great but an accomplishment for me since I'm just a novice in graphic designs. :3 As for the request, I would say compose a list from the requests that we can do and then we decide which ones to do from the list. That way, for the card makers, they can pick the ones they're comfortable with to do. |

| Thanks :D Of course, I'm only a beginner at it so I definitely have room for improvement. I might focus bit more on animated gif cards for a while. I was planning to work on the regular cards but I gotta wait till I head over to my friend's house so she can teach me how to do some graphics on photoshop. If I make an animated gif card that I really like, I'll make into an RE just for the staff, if any of you want it. (〜￣▽￣)〜 On an unrelated note, this concerns the Claim a Dere we're planning to do. I believed we decided on one month as the claiming period. Then I realize, it might be too short since a lot of claims in a month does give Liph (and any others) a lot of work to do. Maybe 2 months is better to ease it up for them. What do you guys think? |

| Just finished this since I got bored: Obviously, Mayoi Hachikuji isn't a Dere character but I used her just to get some practice with making animated gif cards. Lack of texts, yes, but it's just a template practice, as with the RE being a placeholder. |

Any idea how to attract more people? 2) We can open a newsletter deliverer position or 2 so it can ease up on kitsune from having to do multiple jobs for this club This thought came up since we now are making and delivering newsletters. |

| We could do some shout-out or something, requesting for card makers. Of course, I can't be counted as one yet since I haven't officially made them. As for Claim a Dere, we can do a restriction where in order to claim, you need a member card (or maybe a badge?). Unless that's too much work. |
