| How the hell got a wild Machoke into the gym?! I can only think that it might be one of Giovanni's pokemon; he left it there on purpose in order to protect the gym from intruders, but still... I liked when the pidgey took a shit in Oak's face =D |
| Glad I was able to find this physically unflipped. Never played Gen 1 or its remakes and it's been a while since I played HGSS so this is only my second entry into Kanto lore. Is Viridian town that close to Pallet Town? Showing Giovanni's gym already? |

| chapter 2 and already new pokemon, nice. i feel the pace is fast, but maybe little too fast, he came for viridian city and lost chance to catch the pokemon between them. but maybe the manga will surprise me, let's go next chp. |
