I think the characters are way too insensitive. [Spoilers]

Hello, I've read until the latest translated chapter and I can't help but be annoyed by the fact that the characters (except Chiko) are being waaay too insensitive, even for a romcom. To start off, at the first chapters, the MC is introduced to have a voice asmr fetish because of a traffic accident he got cought up in. However, Nekoyashiki's reaction is astoundingly heartless and made me lose interest in her instantly. Then, even worse, when Chiko was about to be kidnapped by that teacher, she was crying for help, it really hurt me to see her that way. Even though the MC saved her, he showed no interest at all about how she feels, if she was traumatized or anything, f******g HEARTLESS. The finishing move (so far) was when they were on the beach and, once again, Chiko was getting kidnapped, this time it went a bit further and she even disconnected herself out of fear. She was saved and when they were returning home, one of Nekoyashiki's friends comments on their trip "It was fun!". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? OUR """DEAR""" FRIEND WAS ABOUT TO BE KIDNAPPED BY 3 WEIRDOS, IT WAS SO MUCH FUN AMIRIGHT. It was so unbelievably disrespectful I was left speechless. I will probably keep on reading until the end, but damn I feel sooo bad for Chiko. At first I was ready to be introduced in seeing her first smiles, her finally showing signs of security between "DESERVING" people, but no, now I even feel worse for her to be with those people. The manga started promising, but it made me lose way too much interest as it colored it's characters so heartless, disrespectful and insensitive (always excepting Chiko, of course).
