DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Hitler was not a tactical genius, nor was blitzkrieg a revolutionary concept. The concept of combined arms attacks were doctrine for Germany by 1870, and it was only the development of armored and mechanized forces that allowed them to exploit the breakthroughs they always try to get. Germany also used a near identical invasion plan into France as they did in WW1. The only difference is that they were successful this time. |
