Well, I can say fortunately/unfortunately I am not a time traveler, but I hope there to be more quality episodes.
But yeah basically it is impossible to know how much episodes something will have, unless they made an announcement that can be carved in stone. But if you know how far an anime adaptation is in the novel and how many volumes there are, you can make assumptions based off of that - only assumptions.

It's impossible to tell because sometimes even the producers don't know. For example, if I ask you how many episodes of Family Guy there will be, what will you say?

oh, lol. Don't know much about it but I guess they could have had it based on an earlier announcement?
Anyways I think you could check it by the number of Novel volumes, ask somebody who knows how far the anime is in the novel or something :)

It says how many episodes it has on the MAL page ( www.myanimelist.net/anime/14921/RDG:_Red_Data_Girl )
If that is wrong tough then I have no clue, but I think it shouldn't be wrong...

Does anyone know an accurate place to know how many episodes a show is going to have? TRying to find how many Red Data Girl is going to have, but get different number from different sites.

Valvrave is just gold. Other than Chihayafuru 2, that is the series I anticipate the most along with SnK. It falls into the category of "WTF ridiculous".
