History
Anri Katsu appeared on the industry scene in 2001, when Yuusuke Ito announced his retirement from voice acting. Through open auditions Katsu-san was chosen to replace him as the new voice of the character Takashi Akaboshi for GIZOKU, also joining its seiyuu unit G.I.zoku. The group disbanded a year later. (<a href="

He studied voice acting with seiyuu Kazuhiko Inoue and B-Box Actors School, a training program through Genki Project. Anri Katsu's debut anime was Spiral ~Suiri no Kizuna~ in 2002 as a random student.
At the end of 2005 the seiyuu band Revolver was born, and Anri Katsu joined the first month of the New Year. The unit lasted only until Christmas 2006, and their final stage performance was called "White Night". The final post on their official blog at Animate TV was written on 01.07.2007; the blog "Very Very Revolver" has recently been removed from the internet. The group did not release any albums. However, Katsu-san still remains good friends with the unit's leader, seiyuu Norihisa Mori. (<a href="
