My copy of Blue Seed just came
Special Features:

Clean opening and ending of the main series, Clean opening of Blue Seed 2
Blue Seed 1.5 Sub only
About 7 minutes of commercials for the show, Blue Seed 2, the VHS, and a CD-rom
The Omakes are in the Special Feature section and there is no way to pick one individually which is annoying
"Enchanting! Can We do it?! It's a Special! (I miss Blue Seed naming) a 44 minute VHS special about the making of Blue Seed

So yeah, missing the Encore Action interviews sadly, and the lack of being able to pick individual omakes are the only real issues with this release.

Oh yeah, for some reason they only list the clean openings and ending and original English dub as special features on the back.

I also love the art with the disc, the inner cover is different than the sleeve, and it has a nice reversible cover too.

Diskotek Media has licensed Blue Seed on Standard Def Blu-ray for the United States.

Coming out December 18th

While it doesn't say it there, it apparently comes with 1.5 and the omakes, along with other special features.
