Thank you! I enjoyed Giant Killing a lot. It was so nice having a sports show (other than Ippo I guess) where it was actually adults on a pro team rather than the stereotypical high school squad. Although I am not really a big soccer fan, it still really resonated. I wish there were more shows like that.

Got power back overnight, and discovered over the last 2 days that I was damn lucky that only had to be without power, as I saw downed trees when just going to either end of my block that took up big chunks of lawns, not to mention all the various streets in the neighborhood blocked by wires/trees. Fortunately there were enough places that had power nearby that could get dinner and enjoy a heated room heh. It really sucks that this storm was as advertised, the footage shown on the news is almost imcomprehensible, just awful.

Thanks, other than the annoying continuing situation of my work server being down and only being able to work in a limited capacity, I made it through alright other than a few hours without power. It was still nasty out though, so I consider myself lucky since there are still hundreds of thousands in the area without power.

Man, "Video Girl Ai". I LOVE that series. It should be the standard for any and all romantic, shounen serials.
I was just thinking about it the other day, as the first soundtrack is often in rotation on my iPod. Some of the best anime-related music in this here series.
Gonna go re-watch the assigned YUA episode for the ET discussion now. :)
