Yeah, that's right. For those of you that know me, this'll probably come as a shock, but I've all but given up on the AAP.
Why, you may ask? Well, it's funny, 'cause I recently commented on someone's profile that I'd try an experiment: watch The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and let the outcome decide the AAP's fate. If I liked it, the AAP is toast. If not, press onwards.
Well, I watched it (in 2 days, no less), and while it wasn't the masterpiece some claim it to be, I did give it a solid 8/10 rating, which just might go up with a rewatch. Sooooo...sayonara, AAP :D
Silly reason, I know. But for some reason, it fits me to a 'T'.
So what's next? Well, I added a bunch of stuff to the ol' Plan to Watch list earlier, and out of it all, I'm thinking Higurashi sounds good. And I'm still planning on Terra e... for the weekly series after Ghost Hunt.
And I guess that means recommendations are open once more. Except from Chelle :P

What?! WHAT? Who are you? I don't even know you anymore.This is the end of an era. Mark down the day! Next year we'll have a moment of silence for it. ;) Higurashi and Terra e... are both moving up in my PTW ranks, too. But aside from those, I don't think I can really give you recommendations...you've probably seen everything I would have recommended. |
