The Female Villain turned Friend
Bleach, One Piece and Naruto are currently the hottest shonen manga at the moment, and I was wondering about the roles top-ranked female villains have to play.
In Bleach, Ichigo has Neliel Tu on his side, and with the Arrancar and Aizen as the current top-ranked villains, I would call her a formidable ally, as evidenced by her fight with Nnoitra. If she was formerly No. 3, then she might be stronger than Ulquiorra, and even Halibel.
In One Piece, our very own Luffy has managed to be the object of Boa Hancock's affections. I doubt she will ever progress to the being a complete crewmate of the Strawhats, but it's definitely assuring having one of the Shichibukai as an ally.
Naruto has no one yet, but I'm looking at Konan. She doesn't look to be that bad, and I think she's by Nagato's side because of his current condition, despite his mental delusions.
What roles do these ladies have to play in the future? I can't wait!
