Well today I noticed my pants fitting a bit snug and I realized I had gained 10 pounds. Well since Im still a bit Over the weight of what Id like to be. (ok lets be honest that puts me at 60 lbs heavier than my ideal weight.)

So I though long and hard about what is in my diet that is giving me so many problems. Pop mainly. And I eat to large of portions. So here is my plan.

Everymorning I will wake up at 5am (that is actually normal for me so that wont be hard.) I will then do the following exersices:

  • Push-ups (20)
  • crunches (20)
  • oblique-twists (20)
  • fencing leg drills (5mins)

now the point of those exersices is that it works up a mild sweat burns some calories and get my blood and oxygen flowing. Then after a nice shower Im gunna eat a light breakfast. For lunch I shall have a salad, and for dinner, whatever I want but in half the size I normally eat. Then Im gunna allow myself one snack (carrot sticks, cheese, nuts, apple slices to choose from.)

And sunday comes by big exersice. It's gunna be a tough one but I know my body will adjust to it eventually. I might do this on Wed too, but anyway here it goes. Im gunna lay out a route to jog that takes me 20 mins or so to fast walk. Im then gunna do 3 laps of it.

why 3 laps you ask? because on sunday I do laundry and the washers take 28 mins to do a load. so one lap and they should almost be done. Then after that first lap, I throw my clothes in the dryers and take 2 more laps (approx 40mins.) then my clothes will be done.

On wed I wouldnt juggle the laundry I would just run the laps.

 SO ANYWAY! that is my new routine, it seems easy enough for me to keep, considering at my prime i used to do 1000x times worse exersices. If I keep this up I will definetly lose my weight! Each week I shall post how Im doing on my diet. Did I faulter? Did I skip exersice one morning? I will be brutaly honest in the hopes that I can get some support and encouragement to cheer me on.

Good luck on your program. I think I need a plan similar to your too because I have been slacking off ever since I got into college.

That's pretty cool that you decided to do this. I once wanted to do it too but it didn't last longer than one week, I couldn't push myself through it. >_>

Maybe I should get back at that. Anyway, keep it up!
