Chocolat no Mahou

The female protagonist of both series are very mysterious and are similar in terms of character and the way they talk. Both series contain the concept of a sort of contract in return of something else, and have a very dark and mysterious atmosphere. 

Anime about shops that grant wishes to people that stumble into their stores when they are lost in life. Both feature characters that wear lolita fashion

Both involve a shop ran by a mysterious girl with elegant clothing that grants wishes. It is very episodic in that every tiny arc is tied to a wish granted by the shop. You always find the shop when you need it or have use for it. People often end up regretting going to the shop and exchanging a prized possession in return for a wish. While the shop is there to help people, it usually is more melancholic and ends up not going well for the one that made the wish. 

Contract with demons and an air of mystery with a flair of Gothic lolita fashion. -Both Chocola and Ciel engaged in a contract with a demon to have a wish granted -In each series there's at least one character wearing gothic clothing -Both series have this air of mystery -Also Chocola and Ciel have a past related to there family but I wont say what because of spoilers. Now Chocolat no Mahou has short episodes that dont always do the manga justice because there's not enough time to cram in every story detail or character development but I think it's still a nice anime and if you want something short to watch inbetween things that's a little like Kuroshitsuji then I totally recommend it.  read more 

At the first time I get hold on its manga version,I realised that the protagonist Aikawa Shokora have a great similarities with one of the character in Umineko, Bernkastel. They have similar hair style,cat and personality.So,I would recommend Umineko :D 

Shocking that nobody made this recommendation! It's amazing how well both of these animes are done~! 

A mysterious looking girl (or being that looks like a girl) guides you through episodic stories that have some dark and horror undertones. Besides that, both are based on manga aimed at young girls.  

Both are about healing "things" that a normal doctor can't heal. Something like emotions and inner wishes you can't tell others. MAybe a big diffrence will be, chocola maho is more "lolita" or "gothic" stily, while kai byoui ramune is more "traditonal" so far. 

In these series the main female protagonists wear Gothic Lolita outfits and both have a dark and mysterious atmosphere.  

In both of them protagonist makes sweets. Also in both of them magic is involved.  

Dantalian no Shoka and Chocolat no Mahou have various similarities which makes it for me also very lovely as not only do the main characters have that Dark/Gothic Lolita outfits, but both series also have that dark and mysterious atmosphere around them which makes it both series really lovely if you like these kind of settings.
