Both "Naruto" and "Ninku" have similar plots and characters.

Their protagonist is a precocious young ninja who is misunderstood and feared by others. 

Also, both characters use similar ninja techniques (look at the picture for "Ninku's" entry; that kid definitely has a big 'ol handful of rasengan).
