Mayoi Neko Overrun!

Both focus on cats, beyond the typical harem where the main character is involved. 

The heroines are very similar and there seems to be an underlying lost cat theme in both shows. 

they're kind of similar. the guy in a group that consists of mostly girls, and most of the girls love him. 

Protagonist running a pâtisserie picks up a "stray cat" girl and lets her stay with him. 

Both of these shows themes are cat based or in relation to cats in some form or another. These animes have the same characteristics with a heavily fanservice ladened story line. There is no plot at all rather the objective is a mere precursor to douse the anime with more fanservice. 

Both have many girls surrounding the main Character , Genre is almost the same , with tons of ecchiness xD , You will love both of it if you like one of it  

Most of the character are similar at both anime,if you take a look . 

While I am not overly found of either of these series, I can't deny that they have a simular feel to each other and that one may very well appeal to someone who likes the other. Basically, they have very simplistic slice-of-life harem senarios where all the girls are gag over the guy. 

they both have cuteness overload and if you are looking for cuteness you will love it . 

Both animes are based on managing restaurants. Both series thrive with many faces of different personalities. The stories and adventures between the characters in both series are both sad and funny to watch. Although the animals are limited in tamako market, it's still a fun show to watch. 

Both take place in a bakery/pastry and have cat girls in them. But beside that I find the rather expressionless Vanilla very similar to Nozomi. Both shows have a lot of characters that deeply care for the main characters. Mayoi Neko overrun! is more a romance and comedy than the ova of Nekopara! but they are both rather relaxing to watch. If you want a little bit more drama when watching, then Mayoi Neko overrun! is the choice, if you like more relaxed and bit more laid back than go for Nekopara! 

Both shows are about a rather plain boy who is surrounded by a strange girl who just shows up in his life, his childhood friend who has a crush on him, and a very close but strange group of friends in which they make up a club at school. Both anime are ridiculously funny, very random, and deal with many elements of otakuism. 

The art is very similar. Both has dishonest characters. eg.''i wasn't waiting for you, something happened thats all.'' It has the same feeling like a bit 'RANDOM' Both have 12 eps Both are harem,comedy and generic animes. Most importantly, they are both enjoyable  

Both titles become random comedy for the middle portion of the series, while having generally uninteresting "story" portions at the beginning and end. The random comedy is what makes both shows worth watching. 

Both main girls have a strong bossy character. Similar drawing too.  

Similarities: - From the start of the 1st episode both male characters saw panties of the female character. -Both had 2 specific female characters who are at each others throat. -Both animies have male support characters whom does not show any interest with anyone of the lead male character's harem. -Both lead male characters have a female character who is either direct or too clingy. -Also, both animies have female characters who have feeling for the male character, but,prefers stay on the sidelines. Dissimilarities: - One has 4th extra female character in the harem. - In one anime, the male character knows who he really likes, but is also concern about what others feel. The other one, the male character remains oblivious as to how his harem feels for him. - Lastly, in the other anime one of the female character always kicks the butt of the male character, while the other has a female character who's been in an on and off relationship with the male character.  read more 

Main female protagonist in both animes is tsundere and they are really alike.
