As in Shuffle!, there is a wide variation of characters. The story is based on magic, similar to Shuffle!'s main plot. There is also quite a resemblance between character personalities. I also recommend Da Capo: Second Season.

Both animes focus on an illegitimate brother and sister relationship (although in both cases they're not blood related) involving the male protagonist. And while this love in coming into fruition, other girls are also typically interested in this male protagonist. In addition, magic plays a vital role in either helping this relationship develop or hindering it in both animes. One thing to note is that Da Capo has more harem (i.e. more girls interested in the main character) relative to Gift.

Again harem/romance type. similar character designs and behavior. You got to like it when you liked the other one

When I watched this I had strong feeling of Dejavu. Both the main heroes' name are Ju nichi as well. The animation quality was nicely done for both as well. Although some different in character design the characters from Akane-Iro give an oddly familiar feeling to that of Da Capo's cast as well, especially Minato (*cough* Nemu *cough*).

The story of the both almost the same . Love and Romance during their high school life . Story is very touching and lively as we continue to watch it . Compare to real life, we need to work hard just to obtain the thing we want >.<

It is a story of love and hidden desires all set in school life. It has a similar setting as Kanon where a male protagonist surrounded by a group of girls and each girl has her own story to tell.

-Both animes's setting/story goes by an omnibus format, and have small arcs for each heroine that doesn't diverge from the central plot of the story (with the setting intact)

Both are based off of visual novel and both have incest. While Da Capo is funny, Yosuga no Sora lacks itself on the comedy side. But Yosuga no Sora has nudity and more perverted stuff. And last but not least: Both have Harem!

Hmm, I can't think anime as similar as this other than Oreimo Both anime have a brother-sister relationship story turned into a romantic story. Many people opposed to that idea. But at least Da Capo is better than Oreimo.

Incest romance with drama that can make you cry for some random reason

Harem and Comedy themed as well.. Both female protagonist got their parents killed by car accidents... Seriously Japan? Stop killing little girls' parents with car accidents!! Or why not come up with something else? Suicide death by train is more common. Go with that. Last I checked, the rate of car accidents there is less compared to many other countries...

They are both romance drama type anime, expect this Da Capo is a harem. However they both contain some supernatural phenomenon.

Both series features a lighthearted setting in the form of high school where most of the main characters resides. Both series features a type of arc format where each character gets their own spotlight. From those arcs are drama, comedy, romance, and some emotions. Both series contains supernatural elements. Both series' main male protagonist also has similar personalities but are also kind to his friends willing to help them whenever needed.

Da Capo contains many girl characters that love the main male character in the way Feena loved Tatsuya in Yoake Mae. Da capo will seem shallow at first, but it actually gets pretty emotional near the end. If you like Feena, Da capo will feel like having many different Feena in one show, I guess.

Both dealing with an incest theme (Da Capo to a lesser extent). They're both cute, and serious at times (Although Koi Kaze is almost always very serious). It's hard to explain, but I highly recommend Da Capo to anyone who liked Koi Kaze. As for Da Capo fans, Koi Kaze is true incest (you know what I mean if you watched Da Capo), but if you think you can handle Koi Kaze, definetly give it a shot.

Da Capo and Happiness are somewhat similar because of the characters. However, in Happiness, there's no harem or what, just magic, and the drama isn't that deep. Also, in Happiness and Da Capo, you can see the friendsdhip of the characters there, so it's really similar...

Both are cute, school-life romance anime that will keep you wanting more.

The result of Sola Project is a team up between Da Capo and Canvas 2, since I watched them both I recommend them

Both have sister and brother falling in love and struggling through hard times caused by friends and family.

While Da Capo and Kashimashi's stories are a little different, they do retain similarities. Both are school life anime, and both are about relationships - there is a love triangle in both series. The main character in Da Capo, however, is male. While in Kashimashi the main character is a girl, who used to be a boy - but in both series it's the girl's who are pursuing someone. Romance aside, there are also many comedic and dramatic moments to be had in both series. Also, Yui Horie and Yukari Tamura each voice one of the main characters in both Da Capo and Kashimashi. Two peaceful and cute harem animes. If you liked Da Capo, I'm sure you will like To Heart 2.

Both series contain sister and brother relationship. But Da Capo don't focus only on that, but have also other plot's. Kissxsis is more focuses on the psychical & ecchi part of this relationship, while Da Capo on the psychological & romantic part.
