SBS - the free to air channel with actual international content that everyone either spends 5 minutes watching or 3 hours watching, no in-between. They used to air a fair bit of anime alongside their normally scheduled programming, and you might even be able to catch a few Ghibli films every now and then today.

As much as we love the whole "Cute Girls Doing Cute Things" and I do as well, this is where we showcase these Anime TV shows, movies, etc... when the ladies are being badasses.

Nothing is more sexy than seeing a strong lady kicking ass and looking great in doing so... so, here we go:

Locomotion was a Latin American cable channel dedicated to anime and animated shows targeting primarily an 18–34 audience, broadcasting movies, TV series and shorts. It was launched on 1 November 1996 and was closed down on 31 July 2005.

Anime that are animated in/play in 30 frames per second, rather than 24, giving them a much smoother look.

This includes ones where only part of it plays in 30, which will be noted.

Anime series aired between the 80's and early 00's on Televen in Venezuela.

Locomotion was a subscription television channel that broadcast various genres of adult animation 24 hours a day.

Its administrative headquarters and its broadcast center were located in Miami (United States) and, since mid-2003, the broadcast center was moved to Buenos Aires (Argentina).

What stood out the most from the programming was the massive inclusion of uncensored anime, several of these broadcast in the original language with subtitles for the first time in Latin America.

The channel was a space for the counterculture and the alternative young adult public of the time.
