- Both a historical Chinese romance anime - Both have a strong female lead - Male leads fall for the female lead after getting to know each other - Male leads are talented, smart and handsome

This two anime have same main character who are really good at cooking and even the boy main character in this two anime are extremely powerful. They even have same act like how the main girl character got kidnapped and had to live in the main boy character clan.

Both our female leads, who belong to the present time, are mysteriously taken back in time to ancient China. There, not only do they have to understand her mysterious teleportation, but also adapt into the bodies of girls who actually lived during that time period. And unlike the owners of those bodies, our MCs are sharp and lively, and do not hesitate to put men in their places when they try to control them. Both these girls are also paired with tsun leads, who could very well be each other's twin.

bit of a stretch but if you really enjoy the food aspects - the food wars, the food animation, the diner's over the top descriptions and imagery of the food as they eat them- then you'll probably enjoy both. They also both have a bit of comedy and hints of romance.

Main characters who get reincarnated in another world and bring their cooking expertise - and ingredients - with them where possible! Meng Qi Shi Shen is more about romance and an independent woman, whereas Campfire cooking has 3 main characters travelling together.

Both have an Ancient Chinese setting and the MC is a strong female character involved with a handsome male. They have the same vibe I guess and I was surprised to see no one had recommended it yet. Really worth the watch.

A woman dies and gets isekai'ed into the body of a girl in a fantasy world, and has to depend on her wits and skills from her past life to make a life for herself. In Ascendance of a Bookworm, she happens to be an aspiring librarian with a passion for books and a knack for sales, whereas in Meng Qi Shi Shen, she's an award winning young chef. In Ascendance, the setting is a medieval European style fantasy with magic, while in Shi Shen, the setting is ancient China. In either setting, life is difficult, either born into a frail body to a poor plebeian  read more

Both are cooking focused, this also has the foodgasms but less nudity, and more plot based good comedy as well

Gourmet isekai focusing on traditional foods from China and Japan, that are unusual in the new world. No magic involved in either story. Somewhat historical settings based on China and Germany. Meng Qi starts a bit more dramatic, but both series have a "dish of the day" format.
