Both have a group of young people trying to figure out how to deal with love.

It follows the story of the younger siblings

Same characters but its focused on the other pair.

School, Drama and Romance movies focusing on multiple relationships instead of the standard one with relatively reminiscent character archetypes and character dynamics alongside it

Both shows show you the thoughts and feelings of a group of people that are all connected in some way. In Kokoro connect there are supernatural forces that make those feelings known and in Zutto Mae kara Suki deshita the characters deal with it themselves.

Both titles have very beautiful romance stories of multiple couples and no less beautiful theme songs by HoneyWorks (which is the source of Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai, by the way) and voice actors of heroines.

Both are not that serious and haven't a lot of depth. Also, both art styles are rather "colorful".

Both have love triangle

Both of these movies are about young love and are both quite short movies. I would recommend these two to anyone looking for romance anime movies!

The length, pacing and overall style are obviously different, but the setting (highschool life, several couples) and general vibe (strong focus on romance, long-time crushes, pending confessions) seem quite similar to me.

These are alike in the fact that they both feature the love interests of a bunch of people instead of focusing on just one couple. Difference mainly is that kiznaiver has supernatural elements that are a great part of the show where Zutto Mae kara Suki deshita does not*

Highschool romance anime with no Supernatural, Fantasy, or Sci Fi at all. It's just another lovely and relaxing story of teenagers going through puberty with all kinds his problems.
