Trapped in a survival game, almost as if they wanted to be there. Arisu is quite similar to Ryouta with quick thinking and puzzle solving skills.

Not sure if Alice in Borderland or another season of Gantz with a little less "alien"! Both are a roller coaster ride of action, struggle for survival, drama, starring Unknown-being-thing toying with people and main character who is having an existential crisis due to feeling useless and helpless.

In both anime the characters play mind games where they have to betray each other for survival, even if they're related to each other or not. Also, in both series there's one specific person with sharp mind who tries his best to win the game.

Imawa no kuni no alice is about a group of friends who get transported to a parallel version of Earth. In this new world, you need a Visa to live, when your visa expires, you die. To renew your visa, you need to play different games that this world offers. They vary in difficulty, the harder the game, the more days you get in your visa. Like Darwins game, the main character is dragged into an unknown game where he is forced to fight for his life in order to live.

Both death game focused mature anime. Both heavily psychological with sometimes graphic violence and shock value.

Both series feel very similar. People are teleported to what seems to be a different world and must fight for their survival. They both don't hold back on violence and it's pretty intense.

Similar story : Survival Death Games Set In Parallel World In Mirai Nikki, players in the survival game use "Future Diary" that can somewhat accurately predict the future to be the last player alive. The winner can make any wish to be granted. In Alice in Borderlands, players pure using their strength & mind to survive in games. The winner get "Passport" for how long they alive.

Probably the most similar anime you'll find. Both with only 3 episodes but leave quite an impact. Bus Gamer is also a survival game in which 3 participants must steal or protect a cd filled with information about a certain company. Unlike Alice, the parameters are clear and unchanging and the enemies are never more than three. Borderland Alice, on the order than, is a bit more ambiguous in both game and enemy because the rules and location are unknown to the players until just before the game and chances of friendly fire increase the body count. Paranoia spreads as the lines between friends and  read more

Both feature life or death games the main characters are thrust into (mostly against their will). Both of their fictional worlds are rooted/have some basis in reality.

Both mind bending mature anime. Both feature death games, dark themes, mild gore & interesting/relatable characters.

Both see their main cast unwillingly transported into a dangerous new world. Both have lovable and wholesome characters continually thrust into dangerous life or death situations.

Gave me really really similar vibes. Both involved characters befriending new people and growing through situations with them.

Both take place in an isolated alternative dystopian version of Tokyo with survival minded games and characters with over the to top athletic skills. Both movies even have a character called Usagi...

Wonderland people can buy weapons/meds etc.

Both stories are about a male MC who start to play willingly or not some very dangerous games that can cost them their lives. The male MCs are pretty clever and they usually outsmart their oponents. The side characters and villains are some obsessed or crazy in the head people.

Similar survival game taken place in long abandoned and seemingly deserted citiy. You fight but not for money, honor or fame. The only drive to keep you from destroying yourself is the will to live for just one day more. Here, neither the strong nor wise survive; only the one who accept change and adapt to it will live for another day of unrest for hope and dreams of freedom have long been abandoned.

Both anime's characters are thrown into some different unknown worlds and take part in different games in order to survive and fight for their lives. The difference is that Imawa no Kuni no Alice has more of a survival theme, while No game No life is more comediant and fantasy and things go in such a different way.

We see our main characters in both leave one world to enter new realities where they must confront various challenges and ascend through them in order to reach certain goals and learn more about their respective worlds. The levels of the tower and the games of Alice in Borderland have a lot of similarities as they are all varied deadly challenges with their own rules and most often conundrum types or puzzles. Action & mystery abound in both.
