Koakuma Kanojo The Animation

-hentai -succubus that falls in love with mc/ sex hungry -light hearted story 

Both have fantasy themes mix up with the smut part, well Koakuma Kanojo is more supernatural, as in the type of a girl gets cursed, two girls watch a cursed tape, while 3Ping Lovers! Is full on isekai fantasy, but the point is both offer elements more than normal sex, besides the second episode of Koakuma Kanojo has elves which is much more on the alley of fantasy, they're also both made by the same studio, so animation and overall art are pretty similar. 

The second episode of Koakuma Kanojo has blonde elf in the plot, just like Youkoso! Sukebe blah blah, sure the later one is exclusively elves in the most generic fantasy setting ever as the title implies, while that episode of Koakuma also has a normal girl and the first episode features succubus and futa, but both feature elves after all and it's not as if the themes of that first episode are not fantasy related or at least outside of the realm of normal sex (specially succubus), so there's the recommendation. 

Off-the-wall, lighthearted story. Featuring perverted supernatural females.  

Both are hentai with monster girls (succubus) and both have bit of comedy. 

The heroines in both series looks exactly like succubus and tends to be possessive thus seduce the protagonist they like without mercy
