MyAnimeList
Writer's block got you feeling down? Draw some inspiration from these anime featuring writers from all walks of life, with both masters of their craft and aspiring amateurs alike! LIGHT SPOILER! Reference, mentions, and depictions of/for sadomasochism or have mean love interest As the title says, I created a stack called "Avant Garde and the Weirdest Box", and some weird Anime was not listed in it, so they will be listed here. Of course, there will also be Avant Garde anime that are not popular or not known by many people. A list of anime containing ecchi elements, but are not tagged as ecchi by MAL. While the ecchi content may not be as prevalent or extreme as officially-tagged ecchi titles, there is still enough to be of interest to fans of the ecchi genre. Many of these register at least 1.5/3 stars on AniDB's "tag-weighting" system for ecchi. These are animes that have main characters that have both black hair and red eyes, this also includes characters that turns their eyes red. The Arts are made up of three types: Performing Arts (Music, Dance, Theater, Cosplaying, Acting, etc.), Visual Arts (Painting, Drawing, Film Making, Animation, Video Game Creation, Photography, etc.) and Literary Arts (Novel/Light Novel Writing, Manga/Doujin Writing, Lyric Writing, Journalism, Magazines, Editing, Dictionary Writing, Ghost Writing, etc.). While Performing Arts and Visual Arts have tags on MyAnimeList, Literary Arts do not, so this interest stack is rectifying that. Literary Arts have a long history with anime like the other two art forms, so this includes a wide variety of them. It may also include some that are about being passionate for literature rather than writing itself. Some series are excluded if they lean more towards Performing Arts or Visual Arts than Literary Arts, such as Kodocha, Saekano or The Pet Girl of Sakurasou. While some series may have major characters who are novelists, it needs to have Literary Arts be an important aspect of the plot in order for it to be included. Also, there will only be one series per franchise for the sake of variety. Series that are either about or focus primarily on characters that are also animals, this can include anthropomorphic animals |
