Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge

A deadly game involving people that have no other choice but to participate. By this, a certain goal is trying to be achieved.  

The main character is now part of a survival game  

Well from the initial premise, both Mirai Nikki and Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge involves a twisted game using dangerous objects. These objects has supernatural abilities that can be fatal to opponents when used correctly. More than that though, the main protagonist from both series has seemingly has an obsession (although different in nature). Both series contains a mystery like aura as well given the background of the game that the characters are involved in. Additionally, it seems that the game itself has consequences for losers. Both series also adds in flavors comedy, drama, action, and inklings of romance between the two main characters from their perspective stories. read more 

Both Survival Games with participants, who have different "weapons" of a higher power. Also they have much Blood and creepy Characters. 

Both have a boy and girl fighting for their survival and similar atmosphere. 

Similarities: Both involves a guy who has a rather unusual fetish. Both involves a weird girl whom the guy likes. Both have something to do with scissors. Dissimilarities: One was a bit disgusting, while the other is heart warning. The girl in one anime is someone whom cannot be trifle with, while the other is living in an appalling situation. One was more of a comedy romance, while the other is more of mystery.  

Both series have the main characters doing some sort of strange ritual/routine In NazoKanoX- her saliva sharing and in Crime Edge- Hair cutting  

While not entirely alike, both series features a strange female protagonist who one day meets the main protagonist in a bizarre matter; they also seem to have a strange relationship as the two characters are almost nothing alike. Both series features the usage of 'scissors' as a tool that can be seen as both dangerous and useful. The scissors themselves also plays a part in the main characters' relationship. Both series takes place at a school life setting and gives off a strange nostologia as the main characters deals with their every day life.  

Dansai bunri and Nazo no kanojo focus on rather untouched aspects of fetishism and sexuality in general. Rather than objectifying the characters for cheap unnecessary fanservice, the ecchi scenes in these series serve the purpose of solidifying the emotional connection between the characters in a sexually intimate way.  

Both are about cursed tools and fall under the shonen genre.  

While the premise differ, there are similar themes/elements from both of these shows. The cursed killing tools, atmosphere, battles, enemies the main chararacters have to face, etc. 

Curses, Curse Tools, Killing Tools, Killing Goods. C³ and Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge may seem to focus on different things, but Curses and Killing Goods have more in common than you might think. They both begin somewhat normal and take a little twist after an episode to illuminate the part of the story the anime really wants to aim at. C³ seems more supernatural than Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge, but the similarities are present, even though the format of Survival Game isn't present in C³. 

Both involve cursed objects and a couple of male and female protagonists that lead the story of the series even though one girl is powerless and the other one is powerful 

Whether it's a classroom full of school girl assassins or a city full of bloodthirsty murderers, both are murder games which revolve around killing a seemingly helpless girl in order to be granted a wish. Both are filled with eccentric and psychologically unstable characters who take pleasure in the "killing" aspect of the killing game. The main characters play similar roles in the game and both share a special connection to the target. Furthermore, the grins. Let's not forget the grins! Characters in both shows have giant grins that look like razors stretching from ear to ear. This is but one feature that is shared between the two, bringing about a similar menacing atmosphere. read more 

Both deal of a group who want to kill a girl so they can get any wish. This girl will be defended by the protagonist, because of his attraction to her. 

Well both series have a little same plot I.E. one target , one protector and many killers. So both series shows survival of the target and how the protector will protect.  

Both of these anime are centered around a killing game. The artstyle isn't too similar, but I think the colors used throughout each anime do look close. Not only that, but the characters in Akuma no Riddle are nearly all trained killers. In a way, this also holds true for Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge. And, to top it all of, both of the main characters are there to protect someone. These someones are being targeted for some sort of prize, and are both in a sort of relationship with their protector. 

Both about extreme hair fetish and crime 

While not entirely based on the same premise, both series features characters in a game/contest like scenario where there is an ultimate award for the winner. To obtain that award, killing is required and relies on special weapons owned by various characters in the series. The main male protagonist from both series seems to have similar personalities and wishes to protect the main female protagonist. They also seem to have a peculiar relationship. Both series involves supernatural themes with the various weapons used that all have different abilities. There is also comedy, drama, and some romance present. 

Both anime give a similar feeling; dark and creepy. Both are horror anime that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Also, both revolve around a curse.  

Both anime follow the lives of teenage boys who find themselves thrust into supernatural circumstances involving scissors and flat chested girls.
