Main heroes in both anime are hard-boiled bounty hunters plus robot girls with exceptional capabilities. Lots of action in the futuristic setting.

Both series has supernatural elements where the main protagonist meets a strange girl in the pilot episode who holds secrets. Both series' main protagonist and the girl bonds and become close. The story in both series are both mysterious and contain a darker theme than one meets the eye mixed in with drama, action, and a little comedy.

Both series features a superpower like theme that features beings with supernatural abilities. Both series has a dark theme and a deeper story as the episodes progresses as we learn a bit more about the main protagonist. Speaking of which..both main female protagonist has: - a mysterious past - possesses abilities capable beyond of a normal human Both series are quite underrated and should be given more attention hence this recommendation.

Both series involves a rather indifferent main character. Both series has supernatural elements mixed with action, comedy, and some emotions in later episodes. Additionally, both series has a main female character with a strange origin. Both series also has a similar feeling with detective fiction.

Both are cyberpunk shows with memorable characters and drama/plot mixed with plenty of fun in between. Plenty of cute cyborg, criminal and cop girls kicking ass too. Also, the great Kenichi Sonoda worked on both of these titles for extra cool points.

Both are anime original shows that are set in futuristic cities recovering from a mysterious disaster, and are overseen by a shadowy organisation (R.U.C/Paradigm Corporation). The male leads (Roy/Roger) are freelancers who work day by day apprehending criminals, and along the way encounter a robot girl (Solty/Dorothy) and a mysterious blonde-haired girl with whom they develop a highly belligerent relationship (Rose/Angel). Both are good, though "SoltyRei" is slightly better, since it has a less confusing story.

While not necessarily following the same premise, both of these series adapts a supernatural/super power theme that comes into play many times in each episode. The main male protagonist from both series is a calculating individual who is independent, badass, and somewhat cold towards others. Yet, he does care quite a bit of his comrades as well as the people he works for. Both series has action, drama, some comedy, and also some emotional moments. Both series' main character also has a troubled past that seemingly made them the person they are as of today.

Both series tackles the importance of family.

Both story have people mingled on cybernetic humans. Solty is full-body cyborg like the Marionettes but learned having emotions towards people around them

Similar setting for the main female lead. Instead of a robot, it's an alien.

At first , it appears that neither series really has anything in common. But as Solty Rei progress into the 2nd half certain traits of Solty's almost mirror those of Vash , themes that I'd go into but that would be spoiling somethings if you've only seen one series or the other.

both of these anime are similar by the action, bounties and theres weapons.

Both have the same art style and take place in a futuristic setting. Solty Rei is more drama and character development, while Burst Angel is more action focused though.

Different look and feel but there is a female enhanced with cyborg-like technology. Expresses exceptional strength, speed and agility.

Both shows share a future where society is split brutally: elite vs outcast. Panopticon technologies are widespread and a great project previously undertaken reveals its flaws, transforming an utopic idea into a dystopic application.

The first 10 episodes are extremely similar to Heat Guy J. * The main in a bounty hunter working for a cute woman who is the owner of her own business. * Has a robotic sidekick. * Mafia people try to mess things up * Underground city with people being mistreated living there. * Amazing plot and great direction. * Great soundtracks. Give them both a try.

Both shows have some common things There are cases that human infect with nanomachines and become more superior The main villains Ashley in Solty Rei and Xargin in Blassreiter are good at first and then become evil. Both have good motive but end up using evil way to achieve personal goal.
