tthe art is similar, both storys are in a house and little people [chi and the daughters]

The art style is completely different, but apart from that the series are quite similar. Both are about the daily life of 3 sisters, only in the case of Uchi no 3 shimai they are a bit younger and rather than friends and other family members it's their parents "suffering" from them.
Both series are really funny and light hearted imho.
