Hmm for comedy I personally think Hataraku Maou-sama is hilarious, it's shonen/action too though ^^ Hetalia is really funny too, and Ouran High School Host Club is really funny with a really cute romance :) They all depend on what kind of humour you have though ^^
Sci-fi is probably the genre I've watched the least though, so I'm not sure how helpful I can be in that ^^;
Psycho-pass is a sci-fi so I guess I've already recommended one, And I think Plastic Memories count as a sci-fi it's more like a romance/drama though, and I guess Parasyte is about aliens, so it may be counted as sci-fi, either way I really like it ^^

If it's something like Zankyou, I think Zetsuen no Tempest and Psycho Pass are kind of in the same alley ^^ They may not be what you're looking for though ^^;
