I began watching anime with DBZ, Bleach, and Death Note. Watched my first subbed anime when I caught up to the dub of Bleach (around episode 40 at the time). Since then I've discovered what I really like instead of the powerhouses of the west. These favorites always seem to have intelligent main characters (Lelouch & Sora) or well paced romance (Clannad & NHK).
Likes: Nearly anything with a good plot, good characters, romance or action
Dislikes: Fanservice, pervy nosebleeds, and most mecha
Sucker for: Time-travel, magic, or OP main characters (strength or smarts)
My appearance (anime style): Blue hair, brown eyes, blood type A
My personality: Kuudere and Dandere
