Tokyo Ghoul started and ended as an average "seinen", but we had Tokyo Ghoul Re some months later and the average seinen transformed into the typical below average shonen.
I can't understand how as the time of this review both manga have a 8.52 and 8.24 score, when it is so bad, boring and using the same clichés as the typical shonen.

First of all we had the most useless and important character at the same time, and no, is not Kaneki. Rize, she gets "killed" at the beginning of the show, just to get kidnapped for getting killed again to get kidnapped over and over

This is my first ever review and I think it was important to do it with this manga. The manga starts pretty interesting with a lot of mistery and mindfucks that slowly start to make sense as the story goes on, being a short manga (47 chapters) makes the main story short. And here is where the "problems" begin. I'm not saying that is something bad, but the story changes a lot and it takes a big turn on the final parts of the manga, also, there is a HUGE drop in the drawing quality after 60% of the story the same happens ... |
