BHA is a series that has taken a mass of shounen tropes and concepts, polished them to a sheer shine and implemented them into a unique world, creating a narrative that is both nostalgic and unique in its own right. With that in mind, Helck takes very similar tropes and refines them in a similiar way, but to a very different effect. Where BHA uses its tropes to develop a wide range of characters and themes, Helck focuses on a smaller group of characters and themes and uses its tropes more as a means of creating drama, comedy, and world building.
