1) Both are complex stories with solid settings.
2) The writing style of both are very smart and broach a lot of topics from politics to biochemistry and nano-machines.
3) Both are isekai with overpowered main protagonists who explore various locations meeting new people.
4) Both are following the rules of their setting despite being OP: in theory anybody in wiseman especially other players can get Mira's skills and in theory anybody could cast Mile's magic given they understand it and work for it.
