both of these series have a duo that goes through the quest of discovering
"what is good/rightousness and what is evil/wicked"
very different in asthetics, one is mecha scifi with japanese historical asthetics.
while one is in south africa with heavy metal asthetics,
both of them fight many others deemed evil/good,
while diasporaiser is the protagonist as wicked/evil while in ultimo the protagonist represents the good/rightous
of course both series raises the questions of subjective morality and impartiality etc
